BHETC, aims to bring Health Equity to communities of color by transforming the way we think, react, and respond to the psychological traumas of racism, xenophobia, sexism, poverty, and violence in our communities. We embrace a cross disciplinary approach to teaching cultural competency and structural competency which builds on knowledge, skills, and practices that empower communities of color while we wrestle with the realities of social inequities in our communities that lead to a downstream effects in the form of health inequities. We strive to bring you interactive, innovative and engaging content through our executive mentorship, coaching, speaking engagements, trainings, consultations and diversity, health equity and inclusion curriculum development.
